Strike a happy medium: three-step test and the copyright limitation

Abstract

This paper presents a study on Copyright Limitations, and thereby focus attention on Three-Step Test. This is the rule of the Copyright that establish limitations and exceptions to the intellectual property rights. It was created in 1967 during the Stockholm Conference and became part of the Berne Convention in the revision done at Paris in 1971.
