One of the most challenging problems in current law is unconstitutional legislative omissions, which prevent the full effectiveness of fundamental rights provided by the Constitution. Thus, the doctrine and jurisprudence should improve the existing mechanisms and seek new techniques to control and overcome the omissions of the legislature. In this sense, appear the additive sentences as an important means to remedy omissions offensive to the principle of equality, called relative omissions.Downloads
