The preliminary injuctive relief as a distributive measure of the procedural burden. The hypothesis of abuse of the rights of defense or evident dilatory purpose of the defendant and of uncontested request. Importance of the technique as a guarantee of jurisdictional timeliness and effectiveness. Constitutional bias. Full implementation need.
