The reach of development right

The development has always been an objective of all people and nations. Nowadays, studies about it bring the need of participation of all people and institutions in this process, which must be inclusive and include all men and the whole man. The concept of development as freedom allows a multifaceted perspective of development, tangible and practical. The development human right is recognized internationally, but brazilian rights doesn´t comtemplates it expressly as a human right, nor order how can it be claimed or affirmed. This paper aims inestigate the developlmente human right scope in brazilian law, especially in the 1988 Brazilian Republic Constitution.Downloads
