The role of the Attorney Genral in the control of environmental public poliches

Abstract

In this article, looks up the actions of the Attorney General Office in the control ofenvironmental public policies. Outlined the constitutionalization of environmental protection in the Constitution of 1988, the challenge will be launched for a more effective participation of the Attorney General in the implementation of environmental public policies in Brazil, either administratively (preferably), either judicially (when necessary) with a view the implementation of the right to an ecologically balanced environment.
