TESTES DE INTEGRIDADE: CONTROVÉRSIAS E (RE)PROPOSTA PARA O DIREITO BRASILEIRO
Abstract
Integrity tests are recommended by several international organizations as an important and effective tool in fighting corruption. The experiences of several countries with the application of such tests show positive results in the prevention and repression of corruption. This article aims to critically examine the controversies about the constitutionality and the need for the eventual incorporation of integrity tests for public agents in Brazilian law, analyzing their consequences in the civil, criminal and administrative spheres.
