Against the background of the analytical study of concrete cases, the present work aims to focus on the collective structural process and negotiation as ways capable of allowing concrete social results in the face of the need to restructure or expand the governmental housing services for children and adolescents within the scope of the Unified Social Assistance System (USAS).
