Abstract

The scope of the theme is to juridically analyze the reality of criminal records and the use of information technology as a legal means to violate the rights of citizens, especially in their dignity. We will analyze the methods and legal ways to guarantee the confidentiality of such records or their deletion from the public information agencies, particularly the judiciary, addressing the topic in the field of Military and Common Justices.
